FREE Movie Night in the Library!

Ever wonder what it’s like to be in the library after we’ve closed? Come to our FREE Movie Night (sponsored by Friends of the Library) on Friday, April 5th to find out!

Kicking off our April “Jazz in the Stacks” events, we’ll be showing the 1984 Oscar nominated jazz movie, The Cotton Club. Starring Richard Gere, Diane Lane, Gregory Hines and Nicholas Cage, The Cotton Club is about the famous Harlem night club in the late 1920s “…where Crime Lords rub elbows with the rich and famous. Where deals are made, lives are traded. And the legends of jazz light up the night.”

Did I mention there will be FREE POPCORN & BEVERAGES?! I can’t think of a better way to spend a Friday night 🙂

When: FRIDAY, APRIL 5, 10:30 PM
Where: UPPER ATRIUM, WARNER LIBRARY (Bring your pillows and blankets!)
