Over Spring Break, approximately 23,000 Palmer Seminary books were relocated from the King of Prussia site to Warner Library’s stacks on the St. David campus. The “Palmer Core” collection is open to the Eastern & Palmer community- students, staff and faculty. You can browse these stacks and checkout these titles. To keep the collection accessible, you’ll see signs on the stack endcaps indicating that you are in the Palmer Core collection.
Find a book in the catalog with “Palmer Core” listed as it’s location? That means the book is now at Warner and is located on the library’s Upper Level. When trying to find it in our stacks, start your search where the “Palmer Core” endcaps start.
Are you a Palmer student? You can request books from Palmer Core and pick them up during Palmer Lib. open hours using the library’s “Hold” button feature (learn how). Open hours are as follows-
Mondays, 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:00pm – 7:00pm
Saturdays, 10:00am – 2:00pm
**CLOSED Holy Week, March 20-27**
What about books located in Palmer Main collection?
Eastern U. students and faculty as well as Palmer students and faculty can continue to request books that are located in the Palmer Main collection. Use the catalog’s Hold button to submit your request. You can indicate whether you would like to pick the requested items up at either Palmer Library (during open hours; see above schedule) or Warner Library.
