One of Warner Library’s newest databases that we have to offer students is Overdrive. Overdrive holds a large collection of 134 ebooks and audiobooks that are available to the Eastern University community.
From the classics to the new and beloved, Overdrive has many different types of materials for you to cozy up with and read. Some of the classics that the database houses are Frankenstein, Pride & Prejudice, and Dracula, to name a few. If you want something lighter, we have several graphic novels as well, such as The Girl from the Sea, Check Please!, and On a Sunbeam. Overdrive also has books about sociology, self-improvement, cooking, and more.
Accessing these books is incredibly easy. They can be accessed with a free app called Libby. Once you download it to your phone or tablet, log in with your Eastern username and password, and you’re good to go! You can borrow three books at a time, and you can keep them for 21 days.
What book are you going to read first on Overdrive? Let us know on our Twitter! https://twitter.com/WarnerLib
